WUFA's compliance with the AODA (Accessiblity Compliance)

The Windsor University Faculty Association (WUFA) is in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

WUFA's staff is fully trained and has established a Customer Service Standard in an effort to ensure that our office provides excellent customer service for all, including persons with disabilities.  Click Here to view WUFA's Customer Service Standard.

WUFA is pleased to assist those who may require specific accommodations due to a personal disability. For example: a member may request that files typically sent  in pdf format be sent in Word format instead, in order to be compatible with home electronic reading devices.  We would ask that members notify our office as soon as possible if accommodations are necessary.

Feedback is also welcome.  Your comments are important to us as we strive to make our services accessible for all.  Click Here to access our feedback form.  Please note that members can also provide feedback to our office by phone (519-253-3000 ext.3365), email, or by visiting our office at 366 Sunset Ave. (Kerr House).
