On March 7, 2023, WUFA held a Speaker Series Session on what labour unions can do to find ways of moving beyond SET scores featuring Professor Deborah Gray of Central Michigan University. Professor Gray's talked focused on what labour unions can do to find ways of moving beyond SET scores in collective agreements and limiting their use in considerations for promotion and tenure.
