Employee Assistance Program
Green Shield is the provider of the University of Windsor's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is available to eligible UWindsor faculty and staff and their dependents 24/7/365 by calling 1-833-707-4747 or online by signing into your GreenShield+ account or through the GreenShield+ app.
EAP services are free of cost and completely confidential.
Each eligible UWindsor employee and dependent can access the following per year:
- 5 hours of individual counselling
- 5 hours of couples counselling
- 5 hours of support through the Noojimo all-Indigenous virtual mental wellness program
- 5 hours of health coaching
- 5 hours of life coaching
- 5 hours of career coaching
- unlimited financial and legal advisory consultations
