WUFA and University of Windsor Sign Two-Year Extension to Collective Agreement

WUFA and University of Windsor Sign Two-Year Extension to Collective Agreement
The University of Windsor and the Windsor University Faculty Association (WUFA) met on Wednesday, August 27 to sign the tentative agreement that was reached on June 3, 2025.
The contract signing marks the successful conclusion of negotiations and a continued commitment to collaboration and academic excellence.
The new agreement is an extension of the current collective agreement and will remain in effect for two years. Highlights include a 2% wage increase in 2025, a 2% wage increase in 2026, and a resolution to Bill 124.
The collective agreement will be posted to the Academic Labour Relations website, and the Windsor University Faculty Association Website.
