Nature of Dispute: The University has failed to provide a safe and free from harassment workplace for its employees generally who have been and/or maybe affected by the facts and allegations set out herein.
Result of Grievance: The grievance was resolved between the parties on November 3, 2025. See the attached Minutes of Settlement below for details.
