GR# 1014 - Coaches Excluded from Bargaining Unit

Nature of Dispute: The university has employed several coaches in the Athletics Department but excluded them from teh WUFA bargaining unit. 

Result of Grievance: The grievance was resolved between the parties on April 16, 2026. See the attached Minutes of Settlement below for details.
